No matter how hard the past is, you can always begin again!
-Buddha-
This is the beginning of a new decade. Do you have plans to make this one better than the last? Every year I write down all these plans and all these new goals, but for some reason I never seem to see them through. I have come to realize that most times it’s because of my own lack of commitment and procrastination.
This time around I will be making a difference. Even as I’m typing this I am thinking to myself, “Girl, what makes this year different?”. Strange, because this year I just feel like I am doing it for a higher cause. I want to do this not only for me, but for my family. I have an example to set and I want my son to have the same type of push that I tell him about, therefore I have to show it, rather than just telling him.
I will be letting go of pain, rejection, procrastination, and toxicity. 2019 taught me that a lot of my failures are my fault. Simply because I allow the wrong energy in my life and that throws my own energy off. There are people and things that I will cut off this year, simply because that’s what’s best for me and my growth.
So to a new year and new life, I say Happy New Year!

A life of prosperity comes through learning, pressing, and realizing where you lack.
