My bedroom is my sanctuary. It’s like a refuge, and it’s where I do a fair amount of designing – at least conceptually, if not literally.
They say that your bedroom should be your place of rest and relaxation. The place where you can come sit down and truly unwind. But, as a woman, we care about how that place looks. What goes where, the colors, the coordination, and how it will appeal to your eye as well as others. Since moving into our place back in August, I have been trying to find what my vibe is as far as my bedroom is concerned. And although I don’t feel like I’m complete, I am happy with where I am thus far. And of course John is as well because he’s tired of looking at the deductions in the account. I’ve taken a few pictures where you can catch a bit of my bedroom and I’ve received so many questions and compliments, that I truly appreciate! So this is a post where I am going to tag as much stuff as I can to make this easy for you all to shop my bedroom. A few of the items I have yet to find, but I will try to make sure if not in this post to create tags for items similar or the exact one.
The throw pillows shown below are only pillow cases and I chose the 24×24 size in army green. I already had the pillows so to just purchase the cases was easy enough. I am not sure if I want to go up a size of not, because for some reason I can’t seem to get that perfect middle dip (lol). The throw blanket, I couldn’t figure out what it was that I wanted, I didn’t want the same colors, but I knew I wanted something that would go well. Now, for the throw pillows, I bought those from Pier I, which is now closed down, but I found some amazing ones that are very similar on amazon. So get into that, I may order those to put somewhere.
As far as my dresser and nightstands are concerned, the black and white jewelry box and mostly all of the other decor is from either HomeGoods or At Home. But, of course I don’t have a way to link those. I did find a similar jewelry box though, and I lovvvve it. I have two books on my night stand and I love the aesthetic that it brings to the room. I have both linked below as well. Everything that I could find I promise I have linked below. If I come across anything else, I will create a new post for you all. If you see anything else that you like/want just message me and if I can find it I will give you the info. Keep in mind I am not yet done, I think. So I may be adding more.
A bedroom is as peaceful as the energy you bring into it!
